the staff was seriously friendly! they were approachable and happy to help with my requests. the room was a pleasant surprise. it had a really nice size, and the shower was great!

the corridors looked a little aged.

the staff welcomed me warmly and were always happy to help, especially helen. i even got my shirt ironed there, i think that is a great service. the room was clean, i was actually surprised to find a fridge freezer and microwave inside.

i noticed some makeup on the switch when i first entered the room.

the hotel has an ideal location a short walk from the city centre. it is also conveniently located minutes away from the belgrade plaza. free parking is available with an additional bigger car park behind the hotel.

there is no food available on the premises, however, the reception staff encouraged me to bring food into the hotel. tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room, i found it convenient. biscuits were also provided.

i was pleased to find opening windows in the room, i liked that. the room had a fridge and microwave, also a bonus. a large shower was also present, and the bathroom was super clean.

The reception desk staff, especially helen, phil and clifford, were very helpful and friendly. helen's customer care skills were next-level. I appreciate that a lot. the staff topped up teas and biscuits daily.
